Update as of 4/5/21

As Nevada County starts to move up through the tier system we have been getting lots of questions about when will we be able to Cater your event. Well, unfortunately we still don’t really know. Here is what we do know and how we are going to approach the next few months.

Per County, Sate and Federal guidelines events of any size are strongly discouraged and when permitted are limited to the members of up to three households. Self-serve buffets are not permitted so all food and drink must be individually packaged or each item must be served by a staff member. It appears right now that this will not change even as we move through the upcoming orange and yellow tier. We have also been told by County health officials that the likelihood of events happening with more than 30 guests is very slim even as far out as September & October.

As we progress through this pandemic, we are committed to keeping our staff, clients and their guests as safe as possible. We have therefore decided that we will continue to only offer individual packaged meals and no staffed events until we reach the yellow tier. At that time we will reevaluate and decide if it is sustainable to start to staff small events. We will continue to update you as we are presented with new and updated guidelines.
