  1. Hi All, Im struggling with an odd issue. I used to have an older version of Citrix Receiver installed on my computer, which updated today to Citrix WorkSpace 1812.
  2. The new Citrix Workspace app (formerly known as Citrix Receiver) provides a great user experience — a secure, contextual, and unified workspace — on any device. It gives you instant access to all your SaaS and web apps, your virtual apps, files, and desktops from an easy-to-use, all-in-one interface powered by Citrix Workspace services.
  3. Citrix Workspace app is instrumented to securely transmit data to Citrix Analytics Service from ICA sessions that you launch from a browser. For more information on how Citrix Analytics uses this information, see, Self-Service for Performance and Self-service search for Virtual Apps and Desktops. What’s new in 2002.

- In Windows 10: Open the Start menu and begin typing Default Programs in the search field. Click the Default Programs link in the search results.
- In Windows 8: Run a search, enter default programs, and click Default Programs.
- In Windows 7: Click the Windows button in the taskbar, and then click the Default programs link.
2. Click Associate a file type or protocol with a program.
4. Click the Change program button and select Citrix Connection Manager. If Citrix is not available, you need to navigate to and select wfcrun32.exe. Click the link for your operating system to view the steps required to do this.

7. If you’re running a 32-bit operating system, browse to C:Program FilesCitrixICA Client, select wfcrun32.exe, and click Open.
